


Chris Galvin’s career has spanned thirty years working in some of the finest restaurants and hotels on both sides of the Atlantic.
Originally inspired by the cooking of his grandmother, Chris started out more than 30 years ago in a small neighbourhood restaurant as a pot washer for Antony Worrall-Thompson, before joining the brigade at The Ritz hotel in London as a young commis under the direction of Michael Quinn.
In 2005, Chris and his brother Jeff teamed up to launch their own venture, Galvin Bistrot de Luxe which opened to much critical acclaim and has won numerous awards. In May 2006 the brothers launched Galvin at Windows, on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, with Andre Garrett (ex-Orrery) as their Head Chef.
Tahir Mohsan is the founder of Time Computers, Supanet and Tpad, and currently manages several investment companies from his base in Dubai.
